Simply add one of our three International Roaming add-ons by logging in to My Account or the app and selecting Add-ons. The add-on expiry period will start as soon as the add-on purchase is complete. Be sure to add your Roaming add-on as near to your travel date as possible. After you travel you can add an add-on via the app if you in one of the countries here otherwise you will need to connect to a Wi-Fi to access My Account on the website.
International Roaming add-on charges will be automatically added to your next invoice.

If you are a Pre-paid customer, you will not be able to receive SMS while you are overseas.

If you are a Postpaid customer, you will be able to receive SMS while you are overseas. As International Roaming is automatically turned on for all Postpaid customers you can receive SMS without having a International Roaming add-on if you are in any of the following countries. To send SMS, make and receive calls and use data you will need to add on of our three add-ons.

Your device should automatically connect to the network when overseas. You should ensure your handset is set to auto network select. This will make the device choose the preferred operator.

How to set up Auto network

For iOS devices:
Settings > Mobile > Select your mobile number > Network Selection > Ensure it is switched on

For most Android devices:
Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically

If you are unable to get signal or connect to the network you can try the following:

1. Connect to the network manually

For iOS devices:
Settings > Mobile > Select your mobile number > Network Selection > Select from the populated list

For most Android devices:
Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select manually > Select our preferred network provider in the country the customer is in.

2. "Reset" the SIM

1. Turn your device off and remove the SIM
2. Power up your device and wait for a few minutes before powering off
3. Re-insert the SIM card and turn your device on
4. Try to manually/auto connect to a roaming provider
