If you are unable to bring your number to a Woolworths Pre-paid plan and want to sign up again, login to the Woolworths Mobile app and select your number in red. Tap on "Having trouble bringing your number to us?" and follow the prompts. Alternatively, log in to My Account  and select 'Reset my SIM card'.

To see if you are eligible to move your service from Postpaid to Pre-paid, simply log in to the Woolworths Mobile app. Select 'Settings' from the menu and select 'Change to Prepaid'.

You will need to manually recharge your new Pre-paid service once the move has completed
