  • Restart your device for it to retry connecting to the network
  • Ensure you are within a coverage area
  • Ensure you have an active recharge (if Pre-paid)
  • Ensure your service and/or handset are not blocked
  • Ensure your APN settings are correctly configured
  • Ensure Mobile Data is switched on
  • Ensure Flight Mode is switched off
  • Change your Network Mode from 4G/3G/2G to 3G only

A PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) code is a security feature that protects your SIM card data. You can find your PUK code under the "My Details" section of the Woolworths Mobile app or login to your online account, click on your phone number and select Service Details.

To enable/disable your voicemail? simply logon to your My Account or the Mobile App, go to 'Settings' and select enable or disable.

Disabling allows you to prevent calls from being forwarded to your voicemail and will also stop the SMS alerts that notify you of new messages. It won't impact any messages already saved to your voicemail service. You still be able to access your voicemail by dialling 101 even if you choose to disable it here.
